Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the execution of the specified project at the agreed-upon site.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reuse of our design materials for subsequent projects, or sharing these materials with third-party contractors without our explicit written consent, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients must provide accurate site information, zoning context, functional requirements, and timely approvals at each design phase. FormAxis Architects relies on the completeness of this information to develop safe, compliant, and optimal architectural solutions.

Any delays in providing necessary site surveys, legal documentation, physical access, or phase approvals may result in corresponding adjustments to the project timeline and delivery schedules. The firm cannot be held responsible for project delays originating from incomplete client submissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

While FormAxis Architects strictly adheres to industry standards, structural safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in our designs, we shall not be held liable for construction defects, material failures, or contractor deviations during the execution phase, unless we are explicitly retained in a comprehensive construction management capacity.

Our liability, in any legal proceeding, is strictly limited to the professional fees paid by the client for the specific design or planning services rendered.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws and professional architectural boards in our primary jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through professional arbitration prior to formal litigation.
